high quality and innovative courses
E-learning courses for adults to further expand their knowledge and professional skills, within the framework of the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) by issuing a Certificate of Specialized Training and awarding ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) points by issuing a supplementary Certificate “Europass”.
Our aim is to promote applied pedagogy, educational innovation and in-depth training and education of both adults during the E- learning and Face to Face educational courses of the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as the students of Primary and Secondary Education who participate in the Educational programmes that are offered in the premises of the University or in the school units.

Who we are:
The LEARN Inn EKPA* group consists of scientists of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens who are experts in the field of Pedagogy and Education. They are academically responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the courses.
We collaborate with scientists and experts from various related fields, whose role in the educational courses for adults and educational programs for Primary and High school students we offer, is to teach, empower and conduct workshops based on experiential learning.
The Scientific Supervisor of LEARN Inn EKPA is Assistant Professor Marios Koukounaras Liagkis, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Marios Koukounaras Liagkis Scientific Supervisor
I studied Theology (ΒΑ, ΜΑ, PhD) Greek Literature (BA), and Social Pedagogy (PostDoc). I am an Assistant Professor of Religious Education at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). I worked as a Religious Education teacher and as a Consultant to the Minister of Education and Religious Affairs.
My research interests focus on Religious Education (learning and teaching), Curriculum, Teacher’s professional development, Human Rights, Inclusive Education and Drama/Theatre in Education. My publications include 8 books and numerus articles.
I am currently working as a coordinator on an Erasmus+ (KA2) project on the teaching of Competencies of Democratic Culture, as director of a Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Entity of the NKUA, as an expert in the RE Curriculum development (Institute of Educational Policy) and as a project trainer and expert in ‘School for all’-Integration of refugee children in Greek Schools (Wergeland Centre and Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs)
Iro Potamousi General Manager
I studied Sociology (BA) at Panteion University and Drama/ Theatre Education (MA) at the University of Warwick, U.K. I am currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Pedagogy of the University of the Aegean. I have worked in formal and non-formal education focusing on group dynamics, cooperation and group empowerment as well as social intervention and change. As a researcher and practitioner I have worked with various organizations and universities in Greece and abroad (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens- Greece, University of the Aegean- Greece, Warwick University – UK, Liverpool Institute of the Performing Arts – UK, Pedagogical University of Zurich – Switzerland, Council of Europe & European Wergeland centre – Greece and Norway, UNHCR & TENet-Gr- Greece, Action Aid & TENet-Gr- Greece). Since 2019, I am an educator and general manager of Learn Inn EKPA, a Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Entity of the NKUA (www.learninn.gr).
Dimitra Stasinopoulou Administrative Support Manager
I have earned a Bachelor degree in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2014 I moved to Luxembourg with the “Au Pair” program. Later on, I completed the two-years Master program “Master of Science in Educational Sciences” at the Flemish University Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium. Driven by my interest in drama/theater in education I conducted a thesis entitled “Drama in Education as a medium for teaching History to young learners and its capacity to promote Self-Regulated approaches of Learning”. Αs part of my Master’s academic obligations, I worked as a trainee at Vrije Universiteit Brussels in the field of E-learning (design of online courses). I worked as an Early Childhood educator at an International School in Belgium for two years. At the same time, I volunteered at the educational non-profit organization “Itan ena mikro Karavi” in Brussels, where I was designing and implementing activities for children in Greek. In 2019 I returned to Athens where I worked for a school year in a private kindergarten school. Since 2020 I am a member of the Learn Inn EKPA group.
